We can all contribute and make a difference in the world in our own unique way. What one deems as ‘meaningful’ might vary from person to person. The key here is to understand that the scale or measure for determining ‘a meaningful difference’ is set by oneself.
Each time we do something with the intention to do good, we are making a meaningful difference in the world.
Some people have the opportunity to do good to many people at once, and for others, it is one person at a time; both are fine.
Here is a short reflection activity to support you to take a moment to ponder upon how you are making a meaningful difference in the world.

From my younger years I have been fascinated about the differences in cultures. I still am.
Many things seem to work for others but what works for you? Identify that and pursue it.
In life, there are things that we can control and things that we cannot control. For many of us, the things that we feel are out of our control cause a great deal of worry and stress to us.
Being able to communicate effectively is essential in any environment with human interactions. Many relationships have been strengthened through the practice of effective communication skills.
